19 rack module holder and 19 rack DIN module is a four unit high enclosure for mounting in 19 "racks or on a wall. 19 rack module holder has a lockable door in plexiglass and comes with tamper connector as standard. Mounting 19 rack module holder
The unit can be mounted in a 19 "rack or on a wall.
When mounting in a 19 "rack, screw in the upper holes in the bracket.
When mounting on a wall, use a suitable screw and plug for the wall.
Remove protective plastic on the cover after installation.
Notice
Always screw with at least two screws in each bracket.
Positions for cards in 19 rack module holder
Number of places for circuit boards with a larger form factor: 4 pieces - marked 1-4 in the picture.
Number of places for circuit boards in the smaller form factor (L-module): 12 pcs - marked a-c in the picture. However, 8 (horizontal) optional cards have the most space (a, c), as the grooves in the middle (b) are adapted for standing cards.
Note
It is the installer's responsibility to consider wiring and cable lengths when installing circuit boards.
To the right is a card in the smaller form factor, for place a-c.
At the bottom right are plastic ends short of the larger form factor. These can be in place 1-4 or (5) DIN rail.

Secure the card with the supplied screw to any position (1-4).
Adjustment of tamper switch

The tamper switch lever must be in the closed position when the cabinet door is closed. If the alarm goes off ("tamper alarm"), the lever may needs to be adjusted.
The lever is adjusted by the following steps:
Pinch with pliers in the middle of the lever.
Carefully adjust the lever in the desired direction (up / down).
Check by closing the door. A click is heard when the contact is closed.
Notice
Tamper switch will not give an alarm when closed and locked the door.
