Milleteknik provides support during the life of the product, but no longer than 10 years after the date of purchase. Replacement for an equivalent product may occur if the manufacturer deems that repair is not possible. Costs for support and replacement are added after the warranty period has expired.

There is a risk of damage to the battery backup and surrounding equipment if the cable to the power resistor is not removed.

Warranty ceases to apply if cable in battery backup to power resistor is not removed.

PRO 1: Cable to be cut for units 3A-10A

In battery backup with PRO1 card, see below. The cable to be removed is to the left of the double pin connector, see marking below. The cable can be left hanging loose or tied with a cable tie in the plate.
